About
Austin Girls Club exists to bring women together through events, wellness, and shared experiences that turn new connections into real friendships.
What we stand for
No cliques, no gatekeeping, no performance. Whether you're an extrovert or quietly nervous at the door, there's a seat for you.
Friendship is a verb. We celebrate the wins, rally in the hard seasons, and keep our group chats warm and our calendars open.
From the greenbelt to the taco line, we explore Austin together, supporting local spots and making the whole city feel like home.
Who runs AGC
A small team that started this thing and still shows up to every meetup.
Founder
Born and raised in Austin, Taylor headed to Texas A&M and came right back home to build her life and career in luxury real estate. She started AGC to make this city feel a little smaller for the women in it. Off the clock, you'll find her out on Lake Travis or Lake Austin.
Founding Team
Another Austin native, Iliana played D1 volleyball at the University of Utah before coming home to start her career in business management consulting. She brings that same team-first energy to AGC, and she's usually on a mission to sniff out the city's next great coffee shop.
Founding Team
Riley is Austin born and raised. She played D1 volleyball at Texas Christian University before heading home to continue her education in anesthesiology, on her way to becoming an anesthesiology assistant. When she's not studying, she's walking the trail at Lady Bird Lake with her perfect pup, Wrigley.
How it started
Taylor, Iliana, and Riley met in the second grade at River Ridge Elementary, and somehow that friendship has only grown stronger every year since. Fifteen years later, it's still the thing they're most grateful for.
Taylor first floated the idea sophomore year of college. She wanted to build something real once the three of them were in a place to do it right. In April of 2026, they decided it was time. Austin Girls Club started with one goal: to give other women the kind of friendship the three of them have been lucky enough to build.
Along the way they've learned they each bring something different to the table, which is exactly why it works. All three are here to meet new people, be a familiar face in the crowd, and be someone you can lean on. That's how AGC came to life.
